Shipping policy

~ Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

~ We use USPS to send out all order

~ If you have not received your order in 14 days please contact us. All order should be received in 5 to 10 days depending on location.  

Please double check your address and make sure it is correct at the time of checkout. Frosty Bling and Mystery Things is not responsible for item(s) replacement when a wrong address is provided.  In addition, Frosty Bling and Mystery Things is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once delivery confirmation has been made.
